What you’re getting

Every piece is made for you, from photograph to frame.

An original photograph

Every piece begins with John Martin’s own photograph of the Sapphire Coast — a real place, a real moment, captured by a local who knows these shores.

Printed to order

Your piece is made fresh for your order, in the size and finish you choose — print, canvas or acrylic. Nothing sits in a warehouse.

Real timber framing

Every framed piece, whatever the size, is finished in real timber — oak, black or white. Matted finishes come with a crisp, gallery-white mat around the photograph.

Ready to hang

Framed pieces arrive with the hanging hardware already fitted. Unwrap it, hang it, enjoy it — no trip to the framer needed.

Printed and framed in Australia, and tracked all the way to your door.

Little Boat at Fishpen Jetty — artistic coastal wall art from Merimbula on the NSW Far South Coast (Sapphire Coast), photographed by local photographer John Martin. Made to order as a fine art print, framed print, framed canvas, stretched canvas or acrylic panel, A4 to 150x100cm, delivered Australia-wide.

A small boat at Fishpen Jetty — the familiar corner of Merimbula where the pelican sculptures perch and the old boatsheds and slipways line the waterfront — rendered in the cool, muted palette of the Adamski treatment. The image has a quiet, cinematic mood: the blues and greens desaturated to a cool, grey-blue tone that strips the scene of the warmth of a typical Sapphire Coast day and replaces it with something more reflective and contemplative.

How we present our photography

Every Sapphire Coast Photography image is printed to professional archival standard on Ilford Smooth Pearl 310gsm, with an HDR optical coating for deep colour and a classic pearl finish, at 2400 × 1200 DPI. We had an excellent experience with Sapphire Coast photography. John is an amazing photographer who captures the most incredible images of our local area on the far south coast of NSW. The print and frame are of excellent quality, and we are extremely happy with this little addition to our beachside home. Thank you so much, John. We really appreciate your skill and talent.
