Made just for you
Every Sapphire Coast Photography wall art piece is printed to order, individually, just for you. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on any item, including gifts and homewares, so please choose carefully. If you'd like help with a size or finish before you order, just get in touch.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, or there's a fault with any product, we'll make it right. Please email john@sapphirecoastphotography.com.au within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where needed.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
