Ben Boyd Tower and its coastal surroundings in the soft, warm light of late afternoon — this 3:1 panorama gives the full picture: the rocky foreshore glowing amber and gold, the coastal heath stretching in every direction, the tower itself rising above the headland of Twofold Bay, and the deep blue of the Tasman Sea beyond. Built in 1847, the tower marks the start of the 32km Light to Light Walk in Beowa National Park and remains one of the better whale watching spots on the NSW South Coast.
