Because every piece is printed (and framed) to order, there's a short production period before your order ships.
Production & delivery: please allow 10–16 days from order to arrival. Your piece is produced, framed and carefully packed, then dispatched with tracking — details are emailed as soon as it's on its way. Remote and regional areas may take a little longer, and please allow extra time during busy periods.
Shipping costs: flat-rate $15.95 anywhere in Australia, or free on all orders of $100 or more. Free local pickup is also available in Merimbula — we'll email you when your order is ready, and share the pickup address then.
How your order is packed:
Frameless prints — carefully placed in a sturdy postal tube.
Timber frames — wrapped in protective material and shipped in a sturdy cardboard container to ensure they arrive safely.
Acrylic prints — locally produced, wrapped in protective material and shipped in a sturdy cardboard container.
In all cases a signature is required on delivery, so please use a daytime address where someone can sign for your order.
