Because every piece is printed (and framed) to order, there's a short production period before your order ships.
Processing time: please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be produced, framed and carefully packed.
Estimated delivery: once dispatched, delivery within Australia typically takes 2–5 business days. In total, please allow approximately 2–4 weeks from order to arrival. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping costs: flat-rate $15.95 anywhere in Australia, or free on all orders of $100 or more. Free local pickup is also available in Merimbula (12/44 Munn Street, Merimbula NSW 2548).
How your order is packed:
Frameless prints — carefully placed in a sturdy postal tube.
Timber frames — wrapped in protective material and shipped in a sturdy cardboard container to ensure they arrive safely.
Acrylic prints — locally produced, wrapped in protective material and shipped in a sturdy cardboard container.
In all cases a signature is required on delivery, so please use a daytime address where someone can sign for your order.
